LOS ANGELES (AP) - Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi have resolved their legal dispute. Osbourne had accused Iommi of taking over the Black Sabbath name and costing him royalties from merchandise sales. Iommi had claimed he is the only constant member of Black Sabbath and the other band members gave up their rights to the band name in the 1980s. Osbourne and Iommi have issued a joint statement saying they've amicably resolved their problems. They say, "The issue was never personal, it was always business." Details were not disclosed.
