Shadow Asylum Haunted House

We had an excellent night at the Haunted House this
weekend. We were afraid that the rain would prevent folks from coming out,
but the rain quit and the people came. On Friday & Saturday nights
there was a 50-60 minute wait for most of the evening (if you were in the
regular line). The Blood Bank was there (and will be again next Friday)
for blood donations. Donors still had to buy a ticket to the Haunt for
$7 but they were then given a $14 VIP ticket (go to the front of the line)
and a Haunted house T-shirt. One group paid the $14 then came out and
donated afterwards. So please pass along to your friends that they
can not only help our shelter but donate blood to help humanity.
Many thanks to those that are donating dessert,
food and drinks for the actors. It takes a LOT to feed 60 hungry ghouls,
and it gives them a break from Pizza! (Who knew that they ate
that?)
